Did you lose your self-confidence?
Do you feel less at home in your body?
Has your sexual identity been destroyed?
Is your libido nonexistent? Like you have no desire for sex and intimacy?
We spent months designing a unique program for folks with lichen sclerosus with chronic illness sex educator Shawna Farbaugh.
A one a kind of life-changing experience for our community.
Get Your Sexy Back is a 20-week intensive program within an intimate community of vulva owners with lichen sclerosus. By attending the live classes, doing the practices, and interacting with the community, you will:
Lichen Sclerosus Support Network is all about mental health. We’ve always said the mental symptoms of LS can sometimes be worse than the physical.
We also understand finding the right person to help can be challenging. Unfortunately, many mental health practitioners are not educated in chronic vulvar conditions. This can lead to people feeling misunderstood or minimized.
That’s why finding the right person to help design this program was essential. Meet Shauna Farabaugh, a certified somatic sex educator focusing on bodies with chronic illnesses. Shauna fiercely believes in the right to sexual expression for everybody and is committed to making sex education more “sexcessible.”
She is particularly passionate about exploring the intersection between sexuality and life transitions—both how life change impacts our sexual identity and expression and how we can connect with our sexuality in times of transition as a source of strength, resilience, and wisdom to guide us through change.
Shauna has been a professional sex educator since 2007, with certifications from San Francisco Sex Information, The Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality, the Somatic Sex Educators Association, and the American Board of Sexology.
She is faculty at the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. And an Advisory Board member for Ignite Collective, Inc, an agency providing individualized services for people with disabilities in California.
Shauna brings a deep sense of play to her group classes and one-on-one work with students of all genders, sexualities, and sexual lifestyles…because, as she says, “sex really is supposed to be fun!”
Her passion for folks with chronic illnesses and her fun, positive approach made her the perfect educator for this program.

The GYSB program will help ignite the sexual rebirth you’ve been desiring. You will leave the program
For 20 weeks, you will be part of a small intimate community inside our private off-social media virtual group, with 24/7 access to your classmates and moderators. You, your somatic sex educator Shauna Farabaugh, and 10–15 other people managing LS will meet every other Thursday for live instruction and practices. In the in-between weeks, practices and instructions will be provided inside the community and emailed to you.
Learning within a community will allow you to share your experiences and learn from others as you expand your sexual horizon. Two weeks per lesson allows you time to try the practices, internalize the classes, and share your experiences before moving to the next one.
Please note Shauna Farabaugh, a certified somatic sex educator, leads the program. Shauna is not a medical MD and cannot provide medical advice.
Kathy Ruiz-Carter, LSSN’s Executive Director and host of the Lichen Sclerosus Podcast, and Jaclyn, creator of The Lost Labia Chronicles, will be your moderators in the private community. They are also not MDs and cannot give medical advice.
You will not be working with dilators or employing strategies from pelvic floor physical therapy to work through painful sex. This program is not meant to help you manage the pain aspect of painful sex.
Take advantage of our four equal payment plan to reserve your spot today. There are only 5 spots left, and we will not be rerunning this program this year.

The private community will be closed on January 1, 2024.

Select the payment plan below that works for you. You can make a one-time full payment.
Or have your payment broken into four equal monthly payments. Fees will be charged on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if you register your account on April 15, your payments will be charged on May, June, and July 15. You will receive an email notification three days before your next payment.
If the payment is denied, Mighty Networks will automatically retry payment one day after the first failed payment, then every two days again until hitting day 7. You will also receive emails and notifications about your missed payment.
If payment is received, your billing will resume, and your billing date will not change.
If the payment is not received within this grace period, you will be removed from the community and need to contact LSSN to resign under a new plan to gain access to the program. You will not be refunded past payments.
